該機組為滿足客戶對高質量吹膜設備的要求，采用了新型機筒螺桿，精密穩(wěn)流風環(huán)，新型三層共擠內冷模具，水平式上牽引旋轉系統(tǒng)，IBC內冷系統(tǒng)，全自動中心/表面/間隙收卷機，計算機集中控制系統(tǒng)等*技術，具有生產效率高、制品質量高、自動化程度高、操作更簡便等優(yōu)點，可廣泛用于高檔自粘膜、高透明性包裝薄膜等的生產,為你創(chuàng)造客觀的經濟效益。
二、性能特點
1.我公司吸收技術，自主研發(fā)的新一代全自動多功能收卷機，它具有表面摩擦收卷、表面中心收卷、中心主動收卷三種收卷方式，全面適應各種塑料薄膜的卷取，并具有飛刀切割，自動換卷、卸卷，自動計長等功能。
2.PLC控制系統(tǒng)可在多種收卷模式下工作，自動完成切割、換卷、卸卷動作，大大降低了工人勞動強度和生產成本，提高了生產率。該系統(tǒng)人機界面，觸摸屏顯示和設置各種參數：溫度、螺桿轉速、張力、收卷壓力、膜卷卷徑，長度等，自動化程度更高。
3.自主研發(fā)新型機筒螺桿具有產能高、塑化效果好等特點。風環(huán)及模具采用*的加工工藝，表面光潔度高，制品薄膜均勻度好、透明度好。
Main uses:

Performance characteristics:
1. Our company absorbs foreign advanced technology and independently develops a new generation of automatic multi-functional rewinder. It has three rewinding modes: surface friction rewinding, surface center rewinding and center active rewinding. It is fully adapted to all kinds of plastic film rewinding, and has the functions of flying knife cutting, automatic rewinding, unwinding and automatic length counting.
2.The PLC control system can work under various coiling modes, automatically complete cutting, coiling and unwinding operations, greatly reducing labor intensity and production costs, and improving productivity.The man-machine interface of the system, touch screen display and set various parameters: temperature, screw speed, tension, winding pressure, film diameter, length, etc., higher degree of automation.
3.independent research and development of new machine screw has the characteristics of high productivity and good plasticizing effect. Wind rings and molds adopt advanced processing technology, high surface finish, good film uniformity and transparency.
