整機(jī)性能特點(diǎn)：
1、整機(jī)墻板采用抗振性能優(yōu)良的鑄鐵材料，厚度達(dá)到60mm，了傳動平穩(wěn)，齒輪嚙合準(zhǔn)確；并由加工 一次制作而成，提高機(jī)器精度。安裝時(shí)采用 水平儀定位找正。
2、所有傳動軸、輥材質(zhì)均為 鋼，動平衡調(diào)整校正，使機(jī)器傳送 平穩(wěn)；所有傳動軸、輥表面拋光鍍硬鉻，增加度。
3、全部傳動齒輪采用 低碳合金鋼（20CrMnTi），齒寬達(dá)到60mm；磨齒加工。
4、整機(jī)采用免鍵連接環(huán)，連接間隙，適合長期高速印刷。關(guān)鍵傳動部位采用 NSK 軸承，使用壽命長。
5、齒輪傳動采用噴淋式循環(huán)潤滑供油系統(tǒng)，雙油泵設(shè)計(jì)，循環(huán)供油，油平面自動平衡，無需定期放油，不會造成溢油現(xiàn)象。
6、整機(jī)各機(jī)組采用電動分合，氣動鎖緊，分開時(shí)自動剎車，印刷位置不錯(cuò)位。（注：該機(jī)每組配備行走電機(jī)單獨(dú)移動）
7、整機(jī)移位時(shí)持續(xù)響鈴警示，操作人員 。
8、PLC、多功能觸摸屏變頻控制各印刷單元及模切相位調(diào)整，顯示直觀準(zhǔn)確，操作簡便。
9、整機(jī)各機(jī)組之間采用上方走線；元件采用 ：如西門子接觸器、中國臺灣復(fù)盛空壓機(jī)、武漢金長江隔膜泵、陜西咸陽離合器、哈爾濱軸承。

Function of the machine：
1、Cast iron of good anti-seismic performance with the thickness of 60mm is used for the wall of the machine to ensure steady transmission and accurate joint of the gears。 It is processed and finished by the high precision machining center at a time，to increase the accuracy。 The accurate level gauge is used to adjust when installing the machine。
2、Good quality of steel is used for all the transmission shafts and rolls， high precision dynamic balance adjustment to ensure the steady transmission; All the transmission shafts and rolls are polished and plated hard chrome to make sure of the durability。
3、All the driving gears adopt high quality low carbon alloy steel(20CrMnTi)， the teeth are ground and the toothwidth reach 60mm。
4、Conect collars with no bonds are used for the whole machine to eliminate clearance， fit for high speed printing 。 And for the key transmitting parts， the imported NSK insert bearings are used to ensure long using life
5、Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears， two oil pumps， and circulating oil supply， self-poise of the level of oil。 There is no need to let out the oil， and no leaking of oil will happen。
6、Electric separation and unite of the sections of the machine。 Pneumatic lock ， auto brake when separate to guarantee no printing dislocation 。
7、The alarm rings continuously when the machine moves to ensure safety of the workers。
8、PLC，multifunction touching screen frequency converter control of the phase adjustment in the printing section， die-cutting section。 Easy to operate and control。
9、The wire between the units of the whole machine is arranged at the top。The devices are all of well-known brand。 Siemens contactor， TaiWan Fu Sheng aircompressor， WuHan Yongts River diaphragm pump，ShanXi XianYang ChaoYue clutch， Harbin rolling bearing。
