特點介紹：

1、威勝系列是公司根據(jù)全電動注塑機的產(chǎn)品需求特點，專門研發(fā)的一款肘桿式全電動注塑機，開合模、頂出、儲料、注射四部分均為

伺服電機驅(qū)動，實現(xiàn)制品成型的高精度與高穩(wěn)定性。
Weisheng series is a toggle-type all-electric injection molding machine specially developed by the company according to

theproduct demａnd characteristics of all-electric injection molding machines.The four parts of mold opening and closing.ejection.

materialstorage and injection are all driven by servo motors,thus realizing high precision and stability of product molding.
2、模版，肘桿等鎖模部件均采用高倍數(shù)設(shè)計，既提升開合模部分的鋼性與精度，同時又實現(xiàn)對模具更好的安全保護。具有更靈敏的低壓

模保功能。
Mould-locking parts,such as templates and toggle bars. are designed with high magnification,which not only improves

therigidity and precision of the mould opening and closing part.but also realizes better safety protection for the mould,

and has moresensitive low-voltage mould protection function.
3．移動模板支撐采用線性導(dǎo)軌，與石墨銅套加潤滑脂潤滑，保證模具區(qū)清潔，特別適合醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品與高精度光電產(chǎn)品。

5．控制系統(tǒng)對注射速度與壓力均實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)控制，滿足高標準成型工藝要求，生產(chǎn)過程穩(wěn)定可靠，注射及保壓壓力精度可達0.1mpa。

The system realizes closed-bop control of injection speed and pressure,which meets the requirements of

high-standardmolding process.The production process is stable and reliable, and the precision of injection and holding

pressure canreach 0.1mpa.
6、儲料與開合模同步，開模和頂出同步，大大縮短產(chǎn)品成型周期。

7、注射絲桿及壓力傳感器均采用日本品牌產(chǎn)品，確保機器運行精度及壽命，并且采用350mm／s與200mm／s的高射速來滿足高要求的成型產(chǎn)品。
