適用于彩印、包裝紙張、軟片材、軟膠板等復膜（過膠），使其表面光亮、色澤艷麗及具防水功能。

It is designed for film-covering（finishing） color printed products, packaging paper, flexible sheet materials and flexible plastic plate so that they have brighter surfaces, vivid colors and water resistance.

性能介紹 Performance Introduction

l 底座、壁板等用鑄鐵構(gòu)造，*變形，確保在使用過程及維修更換零件時不會影響其精度；

l 涂膠輥及限膠輥精工制作，輥面同心度誤差控制在0.01mm以內(nèi)，以確保涂膠均勻，同時節(jié)約膠水用量；

l 熱復合鋼輥精工鏡面處理，復膜成品亮度；

l 電子自動恒溫裝置；

l 液壓系統(tǒng)*設(shè)計，精密穩(wěn)定。

l 加裝成卷送紙裝置，可適用于成卷材料之復合。

l 可依用刻要求定制水性、油性兩用機。

l Base and wainscot adopts cast-iron structure and will never be deformed, which can ensure it not to affect the precision during the process of application, maintenance and change of units.

l Glue-coating roller and limited-glue toller are precisely made; the errorof concentric degree of roller will be controlled under 0.01 mm to ensure its even glue coating, at the same time, save the applied glue.

l Thermic-laminated steel roller has been conducted precise mirror surfacehandling, so the brightness of the finished products of laminating filmis excellent.

l Automatic electric constant-temperature device.

l Hydraulic-pressure system features in unipue design, precision and stability.

l It can be equipped with whole-roll paper-conveying device, which is suitable for laminating of whole roll of paper material.

l We can produce dua-propose machine for water-vamish and oil-vanish according to requirement of user.
