本公司生產(chǎn)的四軸聯(lián)動(dòng)激光焊接機(jī)，采用高能脈沖激光，可實(shí)現(xiàn)金屬工件的直線、圓周角等任意軌跡的焊接，其高能量，高密度的焊接可使焊接面平整，焊縫
寬度小，熱影響區(qū)域小，從而達(dá)到傳統(tǒng)工藝所無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)的精確度。該機(jī)采用激光器、激光電源、內(nèi)循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、數(shù)控系統(tǒng)、工作臺(tái)一體化設(shè)計(jì)，
具有性能良好、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、外形美觀、操作方便、占地面積小等特點(diǎn)，觸摸式操作面板方便調(diào)節(jié)激光輸出的功率、頻率、脈寬等參數(shù)。具有操作和超溫自動(dòng)保
護(hù)功能。數(shù)控編程系統(tǒng)，簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué)，可控制工作臺(tái)的前后左右移動(dòng)，并進(jìn)行圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)，也可對(duì)工作臺(tái)的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，以達(dá)到焊接效果。
