一、用途

用途：適用于各行業(yè)流動(dòng)性一般或很差的粉狀物料的軟袋自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)。

如：藥粉、花粉、茶粉、面粉、豆粉、奶粉、油茶面、靈芝粉等粉狀物體。

二、特點(diǎn)

1. 機(jī)體全不銹鋼外飾，符合國(guó)家對(duì)相關(guān)行業(yè)GMP的認(rèn)證規(guī)范要求。

2. 整機(jī)外型美觀大方，采用人性化設(shè)計(jì)，在美觀的同時(shí)也節(jié)省了空間。

3. 通過(guò)MC認(rèn)證（制造計(jì)量器具許可證），計(jì)量器具制造企業(yè)具備生產(chǎn)能力計(jì)量器具的能力，所生產(chǎn)的計(jì)量器具準(zhǔn)確度和可靠性等指標(biāo)符合法制要求。

4. 通過(guò)歐盟     認(rèn)證，符合有關(guān)歐洲指令規(guī)定的要求，并用以證實(shí)該產(chǎn)品已通過(guò)了相應(yīng)的合格評(píng)定程序和/或制造商的合格聲明，符合安全要求。

5. 特殊的直鏍桿設(shè)計(jì)，使鏍桿直接伸到了橫封處的上方，不等物料反撲，便完成了封口過(guò)程。使包裝袋美觀大方，不夾料。 

6. 機(jī)頭多方向可調(diào)整，方便調(diào)試、清潔、保養(yǎng)，快換接頭保證了鏍桿拆卸方便，干凈不掛料。

7. 電腦控制。該機(jī)采用電腦控制，電腦控制光標(biāo)定位，保證了性能的穩(wěn)定，調(diào)整方便，zui大誤差時(shí)3袋內(nèi)修整到位。電腦控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)通過(guò)調(diào)整直螺桿的轉(zhuǎn)角來(lái)調(diào)整下料的質(zhì)量，這不但保證了下料的準(zhǔn)確，而且使操作變的更加容易簡(jiǎn)便。

8. 采用智能溫控表，把封合誤差控制在正負(fù)2度。

9、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分由于采用了進(jìn)口高溫軸承，它與傳統(tǒng)的銅軸瓦和油杯相比可降低機(jī)器使用中的故障率，提高使用的壽命。

Application:

The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powder and super fine powder products.Driven by servomotor,the auger is rotating to fill products;futhermore,the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer.The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include various kinds of heat-seal laimination,such as PET/plated AL/PE.PET/PE,NYLON…etc.
